Section 1: Community Standards
To access Arma 3 Dragon Roleplay communication platforms and participate in server activities, users must meet the following requirements:

Section 1: Community Standards
To access Arma 3 Dragon Roleplay communication platforms and participate in server activities, users must meet the following requirements:
- Have unrestricted access to a legal copy of Arma III.
- Use a functioning microphone.
- Demonstrate maturity and the ability to understand and comply with all community rules and regulations.
- Racist, homophobic, sexist, prejudiced, or disrespectful content.
- Disrespecting staff members, which will result in disciplinary action.
- English is the only language permitted on all Dragon Roleplay platforms.
- Recording or live streaming gameplay is encouraged to minimize conflicts and improve support response times.
- Actions harmful to role-play or the community may be reviewed and addressed by the Executive Team.
- Leadership reserves the right to restrict server access.
- By creating a Forums account you agree to the Terms of Service.
Section 2: TeamSpeak
- Do not spam other users.
- Voice changers and sound effects are allowed in the TaskForceRadio channel if they enhance role-play.
- Sharing or acting out inappropriate or pornographic content is prohibited.
- Your TeamSpeak name must match your forum name.
- Remain in the TaskForceRadio channel while your on the server.
Section 3: Game Server
Prohibited Activities:
- Glitching, hacking, and exploiting, including breaking out of handcuffs.
- Meta-gaming: Using out of game knowledge in character actions.
- Individuals wearing a full-face mask cannot be identified unless they provide a name or identification is retrieved by law enforcement.
- Asset Gaming: Actions must be supported by relevant physical assets (e.g. handcuffs or zip-ties).
- Examples of prohibited actions:
- Forcing ATM withdrawals.
- Resuscitating players solely for robbery or execution.
- Robbing DOJ members for licenses.
- Examples of prohibited actions:
- Combat-logging to avoid role-play situations.
- Random death-matching (RDM): Killing without valid role-play reasons.
- Vehicular death-matching (VDM) is only allowed within valid role-play situations.
- Failing to value life during role-play situations.
- Returning to the site of your death within 15 minutes or involving yourself in ongoing related situations.
- Trolling, including unnecessary store/bank robberies to provoke law enforcement.
- Initiating crimes within 10 minutes before or after a server restart.
- Unreasonable actions not aligned with real-life logic (e.g. using phones while restrained).
- Unjustified vehicle dumping into water or excessive criminal behavior.
- Initiating role-play must involve verbal communication at normal or louder speaking volumes.
- Following law enforcement orders when tased or restrained unless overridden by another valid role-play scenario.
- Abusing the Paintball Gun Mechanic against SD. You cannot use a paintball gun, or training weapons against law enforcement.
- Do not perform CPR during active situations unless it's safe and away from the conflict.
- Specific conditions apply for FIFR and EMS during role-play scenarios involving incarceration.
- FIFR is immune to any criminal action. However in the case FIFR gives any information away or gets included anyhow in an investigation this immunity is revoked for that specific situation.
- Executions require a premeditated role-play reason.
- Hostages must comply with demands, and negotiations must occur before lethal actions.
- Hostage takers must ensure reasonable demands and proper execution of role-play.
Section 4: Civilian Regulations
Green Zones (No Crime Zones):
- Elk FISD Training Grounds
- FIFR Training Grounds
- Faction headquarters (except Elk Training Grounds).
- 30 feet around interactable objects such as faction sign-on NPCs.
- Banks (exempt after the drill starts).
- Players cannot escalate traffic stops unless it progresses into an arrest.
- Escaping during server restarts requires returning to the police department unless directed otherwise by a Faction Command Member
- Civilians cannot use faction-issued medical supplies, FIFR uniforms, or vehicles.
- LEO equipment (e.g. radios and firearms) can be taken during robberies.
- Disrupting Fire & Rescue is prohibited unless justified by role-play.
- Escaping via water requires at least three Coast Guard members online.
- Fake hostages are not allowed.
Section 5: Faction Regulations
Legislation:
- All faction must provide two days' notice before altering or implementing legislations. (Regulations included).
- Command-level personnel cannot be corrupt.
- Specific roles and factions have corruption restrictions.
- Faction shops cannot be used for personal gain.
- NVGs are restricted except for specific scenarios.
- LEOs must value hostages unless there's imminent danger or escape attempts.
- Hostage-taking, kidnapping, or robbing FISD members may only be carried out when at least (3) members of the faction, including cadets, are present on the server. (For example, to kidnap an FISD member, at least (3) FISD members must be awake on the server.) This rule also applies to DOJ as there need to be at least (3) FISD members online to carry out any actions involving a DOJ member. Additionally, this rule applies to hits; a minimum of (3) members of the respective faction is require to complete a hit.
Section 6: Gang Regulations
Gang Definition:
- A group of at least two people engaged in coordinated criminal activities.
- All gangs must wear identifiable uniforms.
- Official gangs can:
- Operate with 5+ members.
- Call reinforcements (gang members only).
- Negotiations are mandatory.
- Hostage limits: $25,000 maximum ransom.

Note: The rules and regulations above may be updated by the Executive Team at their discretion bypassing any need to warn members of the changes. It is your responsibility to keep a watch on the changes and adapt to them effectively.
